How long do deliveries take?
It depends on the freight option you choose and the country you are ordering from, but we aim to get the order to you as soon as possible.
The item I would like is sold out. When will it be available again?
We always try to update and refill our warehouse status and arrival dates as soon as we get information. However, if you are interested in a particular product and are still waiting for an arrival date on our website, you can email us at support@milehighliquidation.com. We will check the next arrival date for the specific item for you.
How can I track my parcel?
You can use the tracking information in the e-mail message you receive when your order has been sent from our warehouse. If you have not received any information, please contact support@milehighliquidation.com with the complete order information, including your order ID.
My product is broken or defective. What do I do now?
Contact our support service atsupport@milehighliquidation.comwith your order ID or receipt and write a short description of the problem. We will do our utmost to help you as soon as we can.
